Placing an order

Delivery
- Once an online order is made you will receive a purchase confirmation email. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange an installation date that is convenient for you.
- Once payment method is confirmed and an installation date is agreed with our client, we will arrange for delivery of the required materials to the address for the required installation.
- Delivery of materials is made 12-24 hours prior to installation.
- On delivery if materials cant be stored within a property, if leaving outside the property we advise a suitable secure location and to cover the materials with tarpaulin or sheet.
- On the day of installation our design team will be happy to carry in the materials to the property for our clients.
- As all our beds are Hand Built at our clients address from raw materials we advise to place your order at least 3-4 weeks prior to your actual required installation date.
Installation
- Our beds are hand built from very solid european wood, professionally installed by our design team within our clients property, a service included within the purchase price.
- Depending on the bed purchased, installation takes between 1 – 4 days.
- We pride ourselves on delivering a professional & reliable services, always tidying any debris at the end of each day, leaving the area workable & manageable.
- Please be aware that we will be drilling and sawing throughout the installation process so there will be an element of noise but we always look to limit this wherever possible.
- We construct or beds from natural european softwood which is plained prior to delivery in order to straigten and remove the majority of the natural defects in the wood but whilst maintaing its rustic identity. They are then hand sanded onsite by our carpenters prior to painting or varnishing.
Our Promise
- Our beds ARE NOT prefabricated and DO NOT come off a conveyor belt at a factory. They are individually hand crafted by our carpenters on site.
- Our beds ARE NOT flatpack. They are not flimsy MDF covered in Formica or paper to save on materials.
- Our beds are built from individual 3 & 4 metre, 2″ thick pieces of European softwood
- Each of our beds is an original, built with the highest saftey standards
